We can't base mores and laws on "power equations," because there's no rigorous, thorough analysis of the idea of power in these sorts of situations at all. There's a lot of rhetoric about it, but the rhetoric is completely unscientific. It just caters to an essentially fictional narrative. I have to come back to Louis, as weird and stupid as it is to jerk off in front of women (that didnt say no), to lump him in with Kevin Spacey, Weinstein etc is ridiculous, he's a intelligent guy and hopefully he can reflect and work on himself for doing something so moronic. I think that people are too quick to dismiss a persons entirely nowadays and while the allegations are true, he hasnt gone around raping anyone. Yes, Louis CK is a bit overrated as a comedian anyway IMO, and funnily enough, he is a bit overrated when it comes to being a sex pest now.
