Look, laws are there to help society function better. What happens when you get a serial arse grabber who is going round town grabbing woman's arses with impunity? Everyone just has to brush it off? Or is left up to mob justice to sort this pervert out? Neither option sounds ideal.
This guy needs to be locked up, or it could be your mum next or your sister. If you tolerate this then your children could be next.
