Honestly, I'd say no thanks to that. First we'd miss the entire MCU as is, because nobody else had that vision. Even if they did it, it'd be lower quality. And even if it wasn't, I'd rather it be than have a DC crossover series. I really would. Please don't read this as me being a jerk, but I wouldn't view that as a bonus, but more of a waste of time. I'd rather get something that offered a progression to an overall plot, which is one of the main reasons I like the MCU and not the idea of a bunch of standalone films. You and I have had our differences in the past but you haven't done anything for me to label you as a jerk lol. It's true that there wouldn't be a MCU, but that's what makes this interesting! There's so many possible outcomes and on top of that who's to say a different version of it wouldn't exist? I actually enjoy having differences, and I often do express my opinions strongly.
I suspect WB wouldn't have done much with the characters. If we're looking at it honestly, the DCEU wouldn't exist at all if the MCU didn't because WB didn't have had the vision for it. So I don't think they would have done much with a marvel universe either. That's why the DCEU is also not as good, because it's a half assed effort to try and capitalize on the success of the MCU, which is also why I don't support it. If they were committed, it would be a different story, but all I can see it as is a lazy money grab, and frankly the whole thing offends me. I actually would feel embarrassed walking into a DC film for those reasons and I'm not kidding. I'd feel like a tool.
