I did not care for WW as much as everyone else seems to.

Most of the rabid mcu fans hate Wonder Woman.  They seem to have issues with strong female characters or, lets be honest, women in general.  This is based on the numerous posts here where they talk about how they hate women.  

That's because MCU hates strong female characters. MCU has always made female characters supporting characters and won't have a female-led movie in their 1st 20 movies and 10 years and wouldn't have made Captain Marvel if WB hadn't announced a Wonder Woman movie first.

DCEU has always respected female characters while MCU has always made female characters weak. In The Avengers, MCU had Black Widow running scared from the Hulk. In MoS, Martha Kent was choked by Faora but she didn't run and instead stood up to Zod and told Zod to go to hell. That's why MCU fans didn't like MoS. Because MCU fans can't handle strong female characters.
