The son reveal was obvious from the moment the prison wouldn't release the body, overlooked the idea Slade's friend would be part of the group but in hindsight it was another obvious move, not that either is bad, obvious is sometimes that just because it's the most logical thing to do.
Dunno how I feel about Deathstroke Jr being the bad guys boss, for one thing it plays into a peeve of mine where characters don't have to earn anything, I hate how in a lot of these shows not only do younger characters simply become world class with little effort but more so how they rise to the top even easier, so the idea operatives Slade himself worked with as peers are under the thumb of Baby Deathstroke is kind of meh to me
Also him being the big boss means he's not just following the wrong person which would allow for Slade to try and sway him back to the right side, they'll probably try this but the idea that the mastermind of such a villainous group being talked down by his papa doesn't work, where as one under the sway of a father or mother figure atleast allows for something like that, then again if they did that I may have hated it for how they handled it and thought it was too mushy so what do I know.
