Light lagers like Bud, Miller, Coors are really bland beers though, not much flavor going on in beers like this.
I don't particularly care for Miller, but I'll drink whatever. Yep, I used to be there. I didn't care about taste I just wanted to get buzzed but now I am more into tasting different brews than I am into getting drunk.
Here's a video review of a beer that really got me into going for "taste" rather than just trying to get drunk...
on a side note: even though they call this a "barely wine" it is a beer. I wish I could drink this stuff everyday but it's limited release and quite expensive on a per bottle basis.
