Sizzler Ah, Sizzler. Who can forget the commercials - happy families, in the latest '80s fashion, enjoying steak, fried shrimp, baked potatoes and burger toppings from the fixins' bar - and that line from the 1992 film "White Men Can't Jump": "We going Sizzler, we going Sizzler"? It all started in 1958 with the opening of a restaurant that served a steak dinner for 99 cents. Today, there are dozens of Sizzlers throughout the country - mostly out West, plus one in Florida - still dishing up rib-eyes and crispy shrimp. www.app.com/story/entertainment/dining/2017/10/20/forgotten-new-jersey-restaurants-sizzler/779605001/
