I only buy Locatelli Romano.It's what I grew up with .Perhaps pricey,but it's imported from Italy and is pure cheese.Over the years I may have tried another brand but always went back to Locatelli. I have tasted some other pseudo cheese,like Kraft at other folks houses and found them to be tasteless garbage.
