Those posts were deleted because one was an image of a man having sex with a pig, another was an image of a man having sex with a donkey, and the other was an image of a naked young girl siting on a naked man's lap. It had nothing to do with them being images of Mohammad. Had it been Jesus (or anyone else), they would have been deleted as well.
