If you have never tried this as an appetizer you should. Sometimes when I am drinking beer I just have these and nothing else. Shrimp wrapped in bacon.  It is. But this was even better. Last year I got two ring-neck pheasants while hunting. Skinned them and cleaned the breasts. Wrapped them in bacon added salt and pepper and grilled them on low about 40 minutes turning often. Myself and three others tried them. We all agreed they were fantastic. They liked them so much they insisted if I got any more to call them and they would supply the beer. First pic is what they looked like before grilling and second pic after they were done.   I know not everyone hunts but if you do you should reallt try ringneck like this. You wont regret it. |
