Eh, I don't know about casting director because he's 50/50. On one hand he's great like Jackie Earle Haley as Rorschach, but other times he makes WTF choices like Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.

Haley was the man as Rorshach! Played him a bit too tough without the mask perhaps. But he was awesome in that role!
