Eh, I don't know about casting director because he's 50/50. On one hand he's great like Jackie Earle Haley as Rorschach, but other times he makes WTF choices like Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.

He has far more hits than misses in my opinion.

But I would argue it wasn't Eisenberg himself that was the problem, it was the script and characterization put upon him.

Millenial Lex/Evil Elon Musk isn't a bad concept on the face of it, and frankly his performance in The Social Network was closer to a decent Luthor than BvS.

But for my money, watch the entire party sequence in BvS...it is the one time in the film where you can see everyone falling into place, including Lex.
