HI, so you exercise/workout everyday, maintain a good weight range, live good, and eat right (most times, anyway). But you're human and you have a right to have a food weakness now and then. Double cheese pizza and extra sauce - I'm in heaven Can't buy it or it will be all eaten in one sitting. So I go to Baskin Robins, have a scoop maybe once a week and let it go at that. Mine is potato chips, Mexican food, and pizza. So what is your food weakness?? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
