...saganaki is a Greek specialty dish prepared by frying a slab of Greek Kefalotyri cheese in olive oil, and then flaming it with Metaxxa Greek brandy. It is then served with crusty Greek sesame bread and a goblet of Rodytys rose wine... As an appetizer, this one cannot be beat...!!! Sounds good to me. My favorite thing is to try different kinds of foods
