Problem was, they weren't even doing that. They just did a similar plot to Avengers but without any weight to it. That is not the issue. The OP said copying them was the answer. I 100 percent disagree. I think the OP is saying that they were trying to copy the Avengers. DCEU gave up on different after the BvS debacle. Copying should be easy ... but they couldn’t even do that right .
