I love those staged, stars-at-home kitchen shots. One of my favorites, Boris at the burners:

1933's Bombshell lampooned them, with Jean Harlow as pampered star Lola Burns hoisting a peeled potato from a boiling pot for the photog and announcing to the reporter, "I just love baked potatoes."
