Racist posts will get you banned, especially if you continue after being asked to stop. This applies to everyone. IMDB2 does not play favorites. I'm sorry that ICB's main poster thought he was somehow above the law - or exempt when he drinks, or whatever - but we do not give free passes simply because a lot of people want us to.

If you aren't sure if your post is going to violate the ToS, just don't post it.
