and having a sense of humor
is really a good thing too - never lose it either
it keeps life in this world sane & interesting too
. Thanks again for your encouraging words here as well
. I know not every poster here
is on the same wavelength either sometimes
but I guess not all of us here should be
( that may get tiresome for some possibly ?
)
. However we all do need to keep it interesting on this forum
of course without arguing or name calling is even better
and definitely more comfortably painless too
. As for your mini diet
which I sense you don't need one
since you did mention on a previous thread
that you were physically active anyway
. Of course if you feel you need a positive change in your life
then I say then go for it
. An early New Years resolution there too perhaps ?
If so that's very smart indeed too
. As for my nutshell thanksgiving it too of course will be a small vegan one
with just the hubby and I ( both of us have been vegetarians since 2001 )
. So no big shindigs at my home either and very easy clean up for me too
. Again thanks so much jayhn1111 and enjoy your Thanksgiving vacation too
. That's so cool that you and your husband made that big vegetarian step together which makes things a lot less complicated for meals and especially thanksgiving.
And always nice to have an easy clean up on this holiday
You're most welcome jayhn1111
and that's really awesome that you stay in shape
with a weekly exercise routine too -
very beneficial for overall health indeed
. The vegetarian diet has worked
very well for me and the hubby
. We decided to do this for
health and ethical reasons too
( it's also a definite lifestyle choice )
. It's not always easy for me to eat
at all restaurants either
. However there are a few
familiar ones in my area
that do accommodate the
vegetarian or vegan like me
( I mostly make my meals at home )
. For Thanksgiving this year the hubby picked up
at Whole Foods Market today this for
our main meal source
. Field Roast Celebration Roast 1 lb
It's very flavorful and about the size of a fist
but it's very dense yet filling
and can only eat about a couple of slices
before getting really full - good stuff
.
