OH yeah I can definitely respect that. That is definitely a lifestyle kind of choice that may limit options in certain restaurants. That's good that there's places that do accommodate vegans like yourself though. 
That celebration roast looks pretty darn good though! I've never eaten the vegan style of foods so I wouldn't know what to expect, but I"m sure it's awesome too. I"m sure you will enjoy that.
