Stan is right. More people in the US now watch the English Premier League on TV than your own NHL, and still growing. Average MLS attendances are higher than NHL and NBA, and still growing. 50% in US now have an interest in 'soccer', and still growing. Your growing Latin American population is expanding interest in 'soccer' rapidly.

That actually wouldn't be shocking to me - because I think the NHL blows now.
