It has nothing to do your opinion. This is to do with you being just plain wrong. No there's no factual answer here. The OP asked if the movies are too formulaic, I said yes as that's my opinion. If you think no then that's your opinion. The end. William Shakespeare's tragedies also followed a formula involving larger than life heroes with a fatal flaw making a grave mistake, suffering a reversal of fortunes, learning their lesson, then going to make things right, and then dying in the process (along with a fair number of other people). There were a couple of exceptions to this rule, but you'll notice it in most of them. The Bard, considered one of the most brilliant writers of all time used formulas and a lot of common tropes in his writing. Yet you always act like the MCU is committing some kind of cardinal sin.
