I'll take a bit of a different tack and just say that my food weakness is late-night snacking. I *really* have to control that. It's not easy, believe me, but I manage. About a month ago, I set a no-food-after 7:30 pm rule for myself. Been largely successful, and my teeth are easier to clean at bedtime.
