If you don't know, basically he's been like a toned down Don Cherry for baseball in Canada.

I'm not shocked. There've been rumours about weird stuff around that Sportsnet crew over the years... Hazel Mae I hear did the rounds with some players &/or higher ups in town (she's now married to on air Kevin Barker)... Barry Davis was canned for what ppl think was players not liking how he fraternized in their clubhouse.
