....because you would need every movie to be about 50 hours long to include even a fair portion of minorities? No, I don't desire every movie to have every possibly minority in them. That would be kind of silly. What I've actually said is that I don't think any minority should be excluded from movies as a whole, which is a slightly different thing. They're not being. They would only be bigoted if there were none of those in the movie because Disney had a policy of not having any such persons in any of their movies. You know, the kind of policy you suggested that they should have earlier on in the thread. But they don't have any such policy, that I know of. So not a problem. So, we've arrived at a point where we agree that nobody should be excluded? I never said that I support a policy to exclude, as in never show for any reason, such people. If this was some random isolated incident and people were wildly protesting the mere inclusion of a minority character, regardless of which minority, yes that would be idiotic, and such people are fundamentalists. However, clearly people's agitation comes from the continued tidal wave of LGBT characters (taking into account the extreme minority percentage of the actual demographic) throughout Hollywood, and now spilling into Disney shows. It is very obviously shoving down a "message" people's throats, and effectively branding half the country bigots. Now whether some of those branded that way actually deserve that label is a separate question, but the point is Disney know it is divisive and do it anyway.
