Are you seriously defending Tyrod Taylor in the OP? He undermines the team's chances of winning - he sucks, pure and simple. Awful interception when 7 points was a must, and losing 20 yds on a sack instead of, you know, throwing the damn ball away. In fact, throwing the ball seems to be something he has trouble with in general. Peterman came in and made throws that asked the WR to make a play. TT will only throw if the guy is open by 15 yds. I can't say that I've followed Tyrod Taylor closely, and I only watched this game through fragments shown on NFL RedZone. So he had a bad day. I did see his early interception in the end zone, and yes, it was awful and fans are often very upset when this happens, for good reason. Maybe Peterman had a good day. But have you forgotten that before Taylor was benched last week he had a passer rating above 100, and 10 TDs to 3 interceptions, while Peterman in one half threw 5 interceptions??? Even with this game of yesterday, Peterman still has more season interceptions than Taylor, having played partially in only two games. The whole benching incident may have derailed Taylor psychologically. I'm not so sure he is that bad. I thought he was decent in college at Virginia Tech, and while this of course not always translates to the NFL, one wonders how he'd be doing if he played for a team not as awful as the Bills; sorry. When you have a coach that messes up with the mind of his quarterback and a front office that doesn't surround him with decent talent, you can't expect much from your signal caller. From a distance (with due respect to a fan of the team who must know better than I do) I got the impression that Taylor is being scapegoated, and then it's not surprising that he'll play poorly. He must be under a lot of pressure.
