What becomes the top priority to the current phase 4 plan?
We know there is a plan, and that plan is probably ready to go and they're comfortable with the direction. But buying fox has the potential to change everything. I'm not saying they'll scrap everything, but what becomes the priority?
- Does Doom automatically become a villain in a currently planned film and what films would he work in? Do they set him up as a new overarching villain?
- Does Silver Surfer get a solo? Or maybe become a part of one of the new cosmic films? How would they even bring him in? Would they try another alien invasion of Earth story or skip that whole bit and start when Galactus finds him on Zen-La, or well after he has been the Surfer, but just not having anything to do with Earth?
- Do they immediately change course to work towards Annihilation as a major cosmic event film?
- Could we see the Herald Ordeal? You know Marvel would do that shit.
- Is a new Fantastic Four film a must, or do we maybe see Reed and others introduced as more or less cameos at first? It would be kinda cool to see a Reed cameo in Avengers 4 and they have time to do it if this happens now. If it does happen, could the Infinity Saga be how the team gets their powers? I'd be for it, even if it's a post credit. That would be the coolest post credit of all time.
- Does anything happen with the X-Men? Do they keep them in a separate universe? If they do, do they continue with the current series? Or do they reboot with a new plan?
- What other possibilities do you see being in the immediate future?
