Thanks for the post, petrolino. Interesting film, to say the least. I just wanted to add that Centron Studios, the industrial film production company in Lawrence, Kansas where director Harvey Herk worked before making "Carnival of Souls," is now the film department of the University of Kansas. A wonderful treasure for them. And thanks for mentioning Reza. He was a great guy who went on to become one of the most prolific television directors in history. Hi spiderwort. I think it makes sense that a filmmaker like George Romero was influenced by 'Carnival Of Souls' when making 'Night Of The Living Dead' (1968) as he'd been making promotional films, industrial films and avertisements for some time already.
