Where does WW rank on your list of best comic movies?

Where do you rank it amongst your favorite comic book films??

It's ok, but not all that high.  I don't plan on ever watching it again if that means anything, but I suppose I'll probably give it at least one more run.

I put it below things like V For Vendetta, BB, TDK, the entire MCU, Watchmen, at least the first two x-men films, etc.

It's probably somewhere next to Superman Returns.
