Finn is more popular than Rey, kinda surprising. Rey barely beats Darth Jar Jar, lulz. It's not too surprising when you think about it. Rey gets a fair amount of Mary Sue criticism, which lowers her popularity. Meanwhile, despite getting his ass kicked the whole movie, Finn is often seen as a brave, likeable, relatable underdog with lots of room to grow in the sequels. |
