Is Alfred Molina a good actor?

I think he's one of the greatest character actors working today. While he can certainly carry larger and more leading roles (I liked him in "Spiderman 2"), seems to me he's got a particular gift (like John Turturro or Steve Buscemi) for bringing supporting roles to life. That's not a pot-shot either...being a character actor is an art unto itself...and he's one of the greats of our time IMHO.

Also, he's got a great voice...and he's awesome in a villainous role.
