I realise it looks like a penalty from the angle behind their backs, but you really have to view it from the angle behind the goal line which shows their fronts to see what happened here. Lovren doesn't place a hand on him at all, what actually happened is the Everton player intentionally changes the direction or velocity of his run to get the contact so he can go over, it all happens so quickly it is easy to miss, but you really have to go bsck and watch the angle that shows their fronts. There was no push, hence there shouldn't have been a penalty. Yes, it looked inconclusive from that angle admittedly.
