A majority of the cases are as follows: Plaintiff: I gave you the money, I told you it was a loan. Defendant: You gave me the money, you told me it was a gift. Translation: He AXED me to BORROW him the money. We CONVERSATED about it. And, I was TOOKEN for a fool!  And I have the TEXTES to prove it !  Hold on a minute, mister! Don't pretend like you've forgotten that you asked if I could borrow you some money, then I tooken you to the store where I boughten the phone for you; you got out the car at your sister house and tooken the phone saying, "I'll pay you for this." But I'm still waiting! The stress has exasperated my back pain--you know, the pain from that altercation we had right before you were incarcerated.
