So what films did you find overrated/over hyped in the last 3 years?

Get Out
Not a bad film or anything I just did not get what the big hype was about. I didnt find it scary or even that amusing. It just played like an average direct to DVD flick for me.
Arrival
I just seen this film last week. I think it started out really good. I really like how the gravity worked on the alien ship. However the aliens were really disappointing. Just looked like seafood to me. Plus the film just got boring in the last third. And how many times can you look at circles? Thats what this movie was to me octopuses and circles. Amy Adams is good though. Still I shouldnt give this the same rating I gave ID4: Resurgence.
The Conjuring 2
I actually didnt care for the original that much either. I just found it to be a regular haunting flick. Not much more. There is one scene I thought was eerie with the nun but aside from that I didnt see what so many others did.
Hell or High Water
This one I thought I was going to really like. I really felt just about nothing for this film. Just a cop vs. robbers film. I found it forgettable. Although I admit the acting was good.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Being a huge Star Wars fan for most of my life this one disappointed me the most. I do not think its bad or anything just underwhelming. It felt like a rehash of A New Hope. I didnt care for Rey and I thought Kylo Ren was a lame villain. Plus I hated how Mark Hamill got second billing yet was in the film for like 45 seconds. I wanted more Luke. Plus I hated seeing Han gt killed. Its like watching Indiana Jones or James Bond get killed. I was hoping to see Han and Luke together again. I just hope The Last Jedi will be better.
