Honestly, I'm still not buying the whole time limit thing. Guardians of the Galaxy was the exact same length, so this whole idea that it needed to be crammed in doesn't fly with me. Aquaman, The Flash and Cyborg needed to be introduced. Steppenwolf needed more screen time, at least just to get some essence of a character. Guardians had the advantage of playing with unknown characters. So they were able to get away with it. Flash, Cyborg and Aquaman deserved better. Ok, but Guardians still developed those characters pretty deeply, along with their relationships to each other, so I'm not sure why Justice League needed more time to do that. |
