I'm not really sure. They said they are planning to implement new features this year, but I don't know what those features are or what the social aspect will be. I haven't been to IMDB since the boards shut down, so whatever it is better be good or I could care less. I can't really see anything being better than message boards for discussing movies though. Me neither. I thought it would be something along the lines of a social media plug-in. Like they have in place for their news section. Only problem, it's a spam haven! I suppose IMDb think that with Facebook, being assigned with names will put a cap on the mass trolling. From what I've seen, it doesn't. |
