You obviously don't know how to read because no one said it's rare for a non-GG nominated movie to be nominated for an Oscar. Just look at the numbers. Since 2008, the Golden Globes nominated 46 movies for Best Motion Picture - Drama. 41 of those movies were nominated for a Best Picture Oscar. In that same time period, the Academy has nominated 77 movies for a Best Picture Oscar.

So it isn't rare. You keep forgetting (or at least intentionally pretending to ignore) the fact that the Academy increased the maximum nominations for Best Picture to 10 after The Dark Knight was snubbed for a Best Picture nomination in the 2008 award year. That's why there have been considerably more Best Picture Oscar nominees than there have been Best Motion Picture - Drama Golden Globe nominees since 2008.

Because the Academy nominates more movies than the Golden Globes do. And obviously, many of those extra movies that the Academy nominates weren't nominated by the Golden Globes because the Golden Globes only nominates 5 movies. So since 2008 it isn't impossible and isn't even rare for a movie to be nominated for a Best Picture Oscar without being nominated for a Best Motion Picture - Drama Golden Globe because The Dark Knight changed the rules for the Academy.

And I've explained this to you MCU fans many times. Of all the factors to consider, the 1 factor that gives Wonder Woman the best chance of any superhero movie ever, including The Dark Knight, for a Best Picture Oscar nomination is because the Academy changed the rules to nominate a maximum of 10 movies after The Dark Knight was snubbed for a Best Picture Oscar in 2008.

So the Golden Globes nominated 5 movies for Best Motion Picture - Drama. That means, even if the Academy nominates all 5 of those movies for Best Picture, the Academy still has 5 more slots that it can use to nominate Wonder Woman.
