RDJ was box office poison when he got cast aa Stark I would say it was more risky with him than an unknown. Stars are becoming a thing of the past Favreau fought the studio to get RDJ, and again that was the beginning of the MCU when the entire venture was a risk. Now more than ever stars are joining the MCU, what parallel universe are you living in? It was still a Risk regardless. What stars? Edward Norton is the only to come to mind who was Star and he jumped thr ship |
