Because it seems like you're saying people that are left for dead often end up surviving, which of course, I agree with.

But we're not talking about someone waking up.  We're talking about them being knocked out.  If Leia saved herself as you claim, I would like you to explain how she did that while taking a snooze.  And then for extra credit, I'd like you to point to any event in SW history where someone used the Force without being conscious.
