well, i love new york city. I live there as most of you know. however, living here i also know the reality of the city.
before i continue i voted for the original.
and here's why. the act of throwing paint cans and bricks at bad guys is far fetched in a nice, upscale suburb neighborhood where the McCallister's lived. not so far fetched in any part of the city. even the richy rich parts. It is not [only] used to combat a home invasion or a personal attack. It IS a thing and the kids are too busy not being watched by adults to do the safe and right thing. some parents will even be right next to their kids bombing away! let's not give the dipshits ideas, Hollywood!
