DofP sucked. There was no deeper meaning, no important message. It was a retcon for the franchise.
Calling the MCU joke driven means you dont really understand it. There is more to that than just jokes. And fyi I dont give a rat's ass about the comics. Certainly not when it comes film adaptations. The films are based on the comics but not like the comics. If they were they would not be interesting. A concept you fail to grasp.
Thor 3 was fun yes but it was also quite dramatic. Guess you missed that. But hey, you are the intelligent one.
