That being said - I thought the opening in the psych ward was fantastic - It went into the crapper after that.
I think it's a shame when franchises resort to this - i.e. ignoring films in a franchise.
I'd actually love for Zombie to do another one. I think the menacing figure above was terrific. I know I'm in the minority on this - it's also why I enjoyed 'Jason' in Freddy vs. Jason - just a towering brute:
