This happens all the time in practically every comic.
They make jokes aimed at the villain but they're never humiliated or demeaned. Von Strucker getting comically hit in Age of Ultron and Ronan getting distracted by a silly dance off make the villains look less threatening.
In real life you'll get jokes during these times.
Kids escaping robotic men trying to kill them in Logan. No one would be joking.
Sentinels impending doom to wipe out the last species of mutants no one would be joking like in Age of ultron.
Supermutant trying to take control of every mind in existence in Apocalypse..yeah no one would be wise cracking quips and one liners.
Thing is all those scenarios have stakes. Theres not much in MCU end scenarios hence the lighter tone.
4) Too many forced jokes which are cringe
Many critics called out GotG2.0 for forced over the top humour.
