It's what they call an 'Elseworlds' story and Matt Reeves talked about doing 'Batman Beyond' a few months ago and said it is going to be separate from the DCEU like the solo 'Joker' movie. I don't mind them doing a 'Batman Beyond' movie but I am far more interested in seeing the members of the Bat Family in the solo movies at the moment like the Spoiler, Red Robin, Orphan, Batwoman, Red Hood, Bluebird etc along with Birds of Prey and Teen Titans. 
I think a 'Titans' movie will happen but it won't be until after 'Nightwing' just like 'Birds of Prey' won't happen until after 'Batgirl.' Both 'Birds of Prey' and 'Titans' are likely to be the sequels to Batgirl and Nightwing.
