The motivation factor, if you didn't get to that part, ALL teams and ALL players are motivated, when it's the playoffs, so, no, that doesn't confer an advantage to the Eagles.

That is the Eagles situation right now. They are the #1 seed and nobody gives them a chance. Everybody is pretty much laughing at them.
That in my eyes is motivation beyond belief. That's not the Bills, ain't the Rams, ain't the Vikings - it's a #1 seed getting laughed at and disrespected by the masses - and everyone expects them to lose.
Talk about disrespect.
