There's nothing like being completely disrespected in life where nobody gives you a chance.

That is the Eagles situation right now. They are the #1 seed and nobody gives them a chance. Everybody is pretty much laughing at them.

That in my eyes is motivation beyond belief. That's not the Bills, ain't the Rams, ain't the Vikings - it's a #1 seed getting laughed at and disrespected by the masses - and everyone expects them to lose.

Talk about disrespect.

I'm not laughing at them. I feel sorry for them. Like I said, I was enjoying their games, before. When they lost a game and people piled up on them, I said, "come on, everybody can have a bad day including Wentz". Then later Wentz got injured, and I was upset, and said so here. I said "I should feel reassured because my team is in the NFC and the Eagles falling from grace enhances our chances, but no, I actually feel sorry for them."

And again, it's not disrespect. It's just being accurate. They *are* playing terribly right now. Will they recover? I doubt. They played terribly against very bad teams. When they face playoff-caliber teams, I'm afraid they will just crumble. So, a team opens up by scoring two TDs on them. Do you really think Foles will stage a comeback?

Again, your optimism on behalf of your team is commendable. I just feel that unfortunately it is also very misguided.

But hey, if you are right, more power to you, and I'll tip my hat to you.

And I like your attitude much more than Christian-Flickinger's who calls others "dense" and say that it is "hilarious" to predict that the Eagles might be one-and-done. No, people are not being dense; they are being accurate; and no, it is not hilarious; it's called reality.
