or during the time Sam has control over her body she will kill herself. Awe, hell, I see it now; Reign, or an associate, initiates some sort of doomsday protocol (with or without the "Doomsday" implications),but before it goes off, Kara gets through to Sam, who sacrifices herself to save the world; and Alex adopts her daughter... Yeah. I think it is pretty obvious that is how it is going to end. If they just wanted Reign to be the villain of the season they would have made her evil from day one like her comic book counterpart but I believe there is a reason they added this 'Sam' character to the show along with her daughter and they made it clear that Sam and Reign are two separate personalities and Sam didn't become Reign which is kinda misleading from what the showrunners said last year and if you read back through some of the interviews this was supposed to be the journey of a character becoming a villain but Sam didn't become a villain like Lex in 'Smallville' and has kinda just had her body overtaken. Sam does not know she is Reign and will probably be upset when she finds out she is.
