Awarding Best/Supporting Actress Oscars only to women under 30--and often under 25 (while ignoring women between 40 and 65)--and Best/Supporting Actor Oscars only to men over 50--and often over 65 (while ignoring men under 40)--annoys me intensely. In fact, it ANGERS me.
