Is "Made in ___" a factor when you buy clothes?

It's a bit hard to be fussy about that even if I wanted to as they mostly made in Third world countries with dubious human rights records. Years back the company I worked for had a uniform which featured a label that said "Proudly made by an Australian company. In Fiji".

You just have to love it.
