If Garopolo is a franchise QB (and that's a pretty tall stretch given his short time as a starter, I don't care how well he's played - he's no more a franchise QB at this point in his career than Scott Mitchell), it's because of Tom Brady. You make it sound like he has been sitting on the bench with his thumb in his ass the past few years, getting berated any time he deigns to even so much as watch Tom Brady's practice, attention to detail, planning, etc. You probably believe it too, given your narrative constraints that you've arbitrarily selected with this "life" of yours.
