1. She is punching her fists = crushing garlic for dinner.
2. Running her hand down her arms showing off her bracelets.
3. Flicking the sweat off of her brow from hard housework.
4. Gathering up her skirt and rubbing it = doing the laundry.
5. Housework is hard work but joyous.
